William Lorne Cameron

Journalist, Author. A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, he worked on the Canadian news programs, “Midday” in 1985, “The Journal” from 1983 to 1992, and “The National” from 1983 to 1999. He also appeared in films including, “Slaughter’s Big Rip-Off” (1973), Blue Sunshine” (1976), “Eclipse” (1995), “Street Corner Justice” (1996), and did voice work for the games, “SimCity 4: Rush Hour” (2003), “The Sims Makin’ Magic” (2003), and “The Sims: Bustin’ Out” (2003). He also appeared on television programs, was an accomplished author, musician, and was the recipient of several awards. He passed away in Toronto, Ontario, after battling cancer of the esophagus.
