Actor. He was a character actor perhaps best known for the role of Dr. Dave Woodard on the TV soap opera “Dark Shadows”. His other TV credits include “The Defenders”, “The Guiding Light”, “Texas”, “Spenser: For Hire” and “The Edge of Night”. For feature film, he appeared in “A Lonely Way to Die” (1968), “The Way We Were” (1973), “The Exorcist” (1973), “Hide in Plain Sight” (1980) and “The Beat” (1988). He died from a stroke at age 63.
