Michael Evans

Actor. Born in Sittingbourne, Kent, England, he was a performer of stage, television and films in a career that spanned over five decades. He is best known to television audiences as “The Colonel”, Douglas Austin on the soap opera “The Young and the Restless”. His other television credits include, “Kraft Television Theatre”, “Dr. Kildare”, “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.”, “Combat!”, “The Rat Patrol”, “I Spy”, “Run for Your Life”, “Mannix”, “Charlie’s Angels” and “Hart to Hart”. His film credits include, “The Six Men” (1951), “Bye Bye Birdie” (1963), “Riot on Sunset Strip” (1967) and “The Thousand Plane Raid” (1969).
