Leslie Cheung

Chinese actor. Born Cheung Kwok-Wing in Hong Kong, China, his family moved to the United States where his father found work as actor William Holden’s tailor. He studied at Leeds University in England and in 1976 he won second prize in a ATV Asian Music Contest, going on to a film and television career. He appeared in the films, “Inner Senses” (2002), “Luen Chin Chung Sing” (2000), “And I Hate You So” (2000), “Double Tap” (2000), “The Kid” (1999), “Moonlight Express” (1999), “Red Lovers” (1998), “Ninth Happiness” (1998), “Knock Off” (1998), Anna Magdalena” (1998), “Happy Together” (1997), “All’s Well, Ends Well” (1997), “Tristar” (1996), “Who’s The Man, Who’s The Woman” (1996), “Viva Erotica” (1996), “Temptress Moon” (1996), “The Chinese Feast” (1995), “Ashes Of Time” (1994), “Farewell My Concubine” (1993), “Teddy” (1992), “Aces Go Places V: The Terracotta Hit” (1989), “A Chinese Ghost Story” (1987), “Last Song In Paris” (1986), “Behind The Yellow Line” (1984), “Crazy Romance” (1982), “The Last Dragon Maiden” (1982), “Teenage Dreamers” (1982), “The Drummer” (1980), and “Erotic Dream Of The Red Chamber” (1978).
