Francis K. Glidden

Businessman. The son of Francis H. Glidden, who founded the Glidden Paint and Varnish Company in Cleveland, Ohio. He started as a secretary for his father and remained in that capacity for much of his career. When his brother Fred became president, he became vice president of the company. He retired when the company was sold in 1915.
