Actress. Born Edith Wynne Matthison in Birmingham, England, she was a stage performer whom specialized in Shakespeare productions in European theatres when she relocted to America in the early 1900s. She appeared on Broadway and in the silent films “The Governor’s Lady” (1915) and “National Red Cross Pageant’ (1917). She was the wife of playwright Charles Rann Kennedy.
