Christopher Connelly

Actor. A native of Wichita, Kansas, he is remembered for his role as Norman Harrington in the television series, “Peyton Place” in 1964, and that of Moses “Moze” Pray in the television series, “Paper Moon” from 1974 to 1975. Connelly also played the role of Saint John Hawke, the brother of actor  Jan-Michael Vincent’s character, Stringfellow Hawke in the action/adventure “Airwolf” from 1984 to 1986. The series featured Vincent as a pilot who fought Russians and other enemies with the help of a futuristic helicopter, and a friend named Dominic Santini played by Ernest Borgnine. Connelly’s other roles include the films, “Move Over Darling” (1963), “What A Way To Go!” (1964), “In Name Only” (1969), “Incident In San Francisco” (1971), “Corky” (1972), “The Invasion Of Carol Enders” (1973), “The Norseman” (1978), “The Fantastic Seven” (1979), “Earthbound” (1981), “Return Of The Rebels” (1981), “Liar’s Moon” (1982), “Cobra Moon” (1985), “Foxtrap” (1986), “The Messenger” (1986), and “Strike Commando” (1987). His television guest appearances include, “Simon & Simon”, “Bonanza”, “Daniel Boone”, “The Mod Squad”, “Night Gallery”, “Gunsmoke”, “Fantasy island”, and “Matt Houston.” Connelly was married to actress Cindy Carroll from 1969 until they were divorced in 1988. He passed away from cancer in Burbank, California, at the age of 47.
