Barbara Jean McNair

Actress, Singer. Born in Racine, Wisconsin, she had numerous credits in television and films since the 1960s and hosted her own series “The Barbara McNair Show” in 1969. After her film debut with a minor role in the 1963 movie “Spencer’s Mountain”, McNair’s other credits include the films “If He Hollers, Let Him Go!”, (1968), “Stiletto”, (1969), “Change of Habit”, (1969), “They Call Me MISTER Tibbs!”, (1970) and “The Organization”, (1970). She also appeared in the television series “Hogan’s Heroes”, “I Spy”, “McMillan & Wife”, “Mission: Impossible”, “The Mod Squad”, and “The Jeffersons”. McNair appeared on the Broadway stage in the 1973 rendition of “The Pajama Game”. Prior to her acting career, she was a singer and recorded the hit song “You Could Never Love Him”.
