Actress. An acclaimed Spanish stage and screen figure, she made her debut on stage in 1907 and became one of the most important actresses in the Spanish theater. She is best remembered for her plays “Maribel y la Extraña Familia” and “La Casa de Bernarda Alba”. She also appeared in a few films, such as “Maribel y la Extraña Familia” (1965), “Un Millón en la Basura” (1966), and “El Cianuro, ¿solo o con Leche? (1993), her last film.
