Biography

Mohammad Reza I of Iran was born on October 26, 1919, in Tehran, beginning a life that would span six decades of profound historical significance. He ascended to the throne in 1941, serving as Shah of Iran for nearly four decades until 1979. His reign witnessed transformative periods in Iranian history, marked by significant political, social, and economic developments that shaped the nation during a pivotal era in the twentieth century.

Throughout his years of rule, Mohammad Reza I navigated the complexities of leading Iran through periods of considerable change and international involvement.
