Biography
Suleiman was born on November 15, 1494, in Trabzon, beginning a life that would shape the course of Ottoman history. He rose to become the tenth Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, a position from which he would earn recognition as one of the greatest rulers of his era. His reign marked a period of significant transformation and influence across the empire and beyond.
Throughout his life, Suleiman distinguished himself through his leadership and the legacy he left for future generations. His time as Sultan saw developments that would be remembered long after his lifetime. On September 6, 1566, his life came to an end in Szigetvár, concluding a remarkable chapter in Ottoman history.
