Semyon Lavochkin (1900–1960) was a Jewish Soviet aerospace engineer. Born September 11, 1900 in Smolensk. Died June 9, 1960 in Sary Shagan of heart failure. Interred at Novodevichy Cemetery, Khamovniki District, Russia.
