James Stewart, 1st Earl of Moray (1531–1570) was a regent of Scotland, natural son of James V, king of Scots. Born January 1, 1531 in Kingdom of Scotland. Died February 2, 1570 in Linlithgow of gunshot wound. Interred at St Giles’ Cathedral, City of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
