Hermann Wissmann (1853–1905) was a German explorer and colonial administrator in Africa. Born September 4, 1853 in Frankfurt (Oder). Died June 15, 1905 in an unknown location of hunting accident. Interred at Melaten-Friedhof, Lindenthal, Germany.
