Richard Rush (1780–1859) was a former United States Attorney General and United States Secretary of the Treasury. Born August 29, 1780 in Philadelphia. Died July 30, 1859 in Philadelphia. Interred at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, United States.
