Sergey Uvarov (1786–1855) was a Russian noble who was a classical scholar and formulated the famous doctrine “Orthodoxy, Autocracy, and Nationality” to united many ethnicities. Born September 5, 1786 in Moscow. Died September 16, 1855 in Moscow.
