Erik Gustaf Geijer (1783–1847) was a Swedish writer, historian, poet, philosopher, and composer. Born January 12, 1783 in Ransäter. Died April 23, 1847 in Jakob and Johannes parish. Interred at Uppsala Old Cemetery, Uppsala Municipality, Sweden.
